Forefront of the Studies of Organic Dielectrics, Conductive Electrical and Electronic Materials and Cultural Exchange with Asian Countries
Investigating R&D Committee on Battle front of the Study of Organic Dielectrics, Conductive Electrical and Electronic Materials in the District of Asia
Keyword : Asia Countries^ Studtes of Organic Dielectrics, Conductive Electrical and Electronic Materials^Engineering of Organic Molecular Devices
In electrical engineering and electronics of the 21st century, it has been considered that the role of organic molecular materials is extremely important, in addition to organic dielectrics and semiconductive materials. Therefore it is extremely important and necessary to comprehend precisely the research trend of the Asian countries where become conspicuous remarkably, not to mention Europe and America, and the studies progress rapidly under the interdisciplinary and international cooperation. From such a point of view, being based on the culture peculiar to the location, the research trend of "Forefront of the Studies of Organic Dielectrics, Conductive Electrical and Electronic Materials in the Asian Countries such as China, Korea, India and so on" was investigated with this technical report. Furthermore, for planning development to "Engineering of organic molecular devices" as the engineering system which is necessary to utilize a property and the characteristic to have of organic dielectrics, semiconductive and conductive materials and organic molecular device materials in the field of electrical and electronic engineering; is intended, this technical report is comprised of all nine chapters by the following item.
(1)Introduction
(2)Studies interchange concerned organic material electronics and their trend with Asian countries
(3)Fabrication and evaluation technology of organic dielectrics and conductive materials
(4)Electric charge transportation and theie evaluation technology in organic devices
(5)Technology of printed organic electronics
(6)Biofunction and bioelectronics
(7)Physical evaluation of soft and flexible structure materials
(8)Environment and energy technology of the organic dielectrics and conductive materials
(9)Summary
We hope this technical report can further the field, and provide a reference for and insights into organic electronic and photonic materials.
