Nanomaterials and Structure Control for Organic Devices with New Function and High Performance
Investigating R&D Committee on Nanomaterials and Structure Control for Organic Devices with New Function and High Performance
Keyword : organic film, nanomaterial, surface and interface, evaluation technique, device, sensor
Recently, many studies of organic thin films and devices have been reported, and organic electronic devices would be widely used in near future. Therefore, studies of nanomaterials and nanostructure control, and new functional device and sensor applications would receive much interest in energy, environment and medical fields. The committee was established in April 2011, with the term of three years. The investigation has focused attention on the nanomaterials and structure control for organic devices with new function and high performance related to: 1. nanomaterials for organic electronic devices, 2. surface and interface properties of nanomaterials and their evaluation techniques, 3. fabrication technique of device structure using nanomaterials,
4. techniques for control, analysis and evaluation of nanostructures, and 5. device/sensor applications of nanomaterials, organic and composite thin films.
The technical report includes the results of the investigation in five chapters, "1. Introduction", "2. Structure control and evaluation techniques of nanomaterials", "3. Device fabrication using nanomaterials", "4. Device and sensor applications of nanomaterials and organic/composite films" and "5. Summary"
