	Utilization of ICT in Traffic Control System of Expressway
	Investigating R&D Committee on utilization method of ICT in traffic control system of expressway

	The traffic control system in expressway has roles for securing safety, smoothing, and comfort of road users. The information provision to road users will be diversified by development of Information and Communication Technology. Therefore, it is thought that utilization of Information and Communication Technology is important for advancement of traffic control system in expressway. This report presents the result of research and investigation made by the committee and investigation about the application of Information and Communication Technology to the traffic control system in expressway.
